Volunteers are needed!!! Yes, we need YOU to volunteer to help with parking, stage preparations, drink vending, ice distributions, site preparations, transportation services within the park, and various other tasks as the need arises. Your
assistance will help make this year's Midwest Regional Black Family Reunion Celebration a success. We are in our 23rd year and WE NEED YOUR HELP.
The date is August 19-21, 2011; and we have put together another exciting event. Please follow the online instructions to begin the volunteer registration process.
As a volunteer, you will receive a free meal ticket for each day you work, as well as a free Official BFRC T-Shirt. We require that you work 4 hours per shift. The shifts will begin at 6:00 am and end at 10:00 pm depending on the area to which you will be assigned.
This family-oriented event has all the makings of a super fun-filled exciting weekend. We are looking forward to seeing YOU this year.This year's celebration will certainly be a memorable event.
Volunteer Information:
- All volunteers must be 18 or over
- Volunteer to work at least 4 hours
- Volunteer shifts range from 6 am - 10 pm
